1. Membership & Eligibility

• Each individual may register only one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts by the same person will result in all associated accounts being terminated.

• 7dbet's services are available only to individuals in jurisdictions where it is legally permitted. It is the member's own responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws applicable in their location.

2. Account Security & Responsibility

You are primarily responsible for keeping your 7dbet account secure. Keep these key points in mind:

• Never share your login credentials — your user ID and password — with anyone.
• Use a strong password and update it regularly. Reusing the same password across multiple websites is a security risk.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) significantly strengthens your account security. 7dbet actively recommends it.
• If you notice any unauthorized login or suspicious activity, contact 7dbet support immediately.

You will be held responsible for all activity on your account — unless it can be proven that the activity resulted from a security vulnerability in 7dbet's own systems.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on 7dbet and must be followed:

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made exclusively through a mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) registered in your own name.
• The minimum deposit is ৳200. Some special promotions may require a different minimum deposit amount — this will be stated in the offer details.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals on verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes and no longer than 24 hours.
• Depositing using third-party funds is strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be subject to investigation.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All 7dbet bonuses and promotions are subject to general terms that apply to every member. Bonus-specific conditions are listed separately on the relevant offer page.

• The welcome bonus is available once on your first deposit only. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus multiple times by opening additional accounts will result in all accounts being terminated.
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be met. Until wagering is complete, only the original deposit amount may be withdrawn.
• You cannot claim a new bonus while one is already active. You can only take the next bonus after the current one's wagering requirement is fully completed.
• 7dbet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time — however, the terms of a bonus that is already active will not be changed mid-way.
• Abusing the bonus system — such as bonus arbitrage or collusion — is strictly prohibited and is grounds for account termination.

5. Betting Rules

Keep the following rules in mind when betting on 7dbet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — except in specific cases where the Cash Out feature applies.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment. Always confirm the odds before placing your bet.
• If a technical issue causes incorrect odds to be displayed, 7dbet reserves the right to void the affected bets. The staked amount will be returned in full.
• 7dbet is not liable for bets that fail due to internet connectivity issues. Please ensure you have a stable connection before placing your bets.
• 7dbet reserves the right to set maximum win limits. Separate limits may apply for High Roller members.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7dbet. If any of these are detected, immediate action will be taken:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Betting or gaming using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities or bugs for an unfair advantage. Any such issues discovered should be reported to 7dbet.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by working in coordination with other members (collusion).
• Contacting other members while posing as or impersonating 7dbet.

7. Account Termination & Suspension

7dbet reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violating any clause of the Terms & Conditions.
• Submitting false or forged documents during KYC verification.
• Suspicious financial activity that raises concerns of money laundering.
• If a member requests account closure — the remaining balance will be refunded.

If an account is closed for reasons other than a rule violation, any existing balance will be refunded. If the closure is due to a rule violation, bonus balances may be forfeited.

8. Responsible Gaming Commitment

7dbet views responsible gaming not just as a policy requirement, but as an ethical commitment. We want to ensure that every member's gaming experience remains enjoyable — not a source of problems.

• All members can set their own deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly.
• You can use the self-exclusion feature to lock your own account for a set period of time.
